1. Philips DVP642 Ultra Slim - Multi Region Code Free DVD Player
After having searched for a DVD everywhere, I found that this one has probably THE best price-quality ratio and has a feature that not that many DVD-players offer, which is "code free" feature. I am from Russia, and when I bring DVDs from home, it's so nice that I can play them on my DVD in the States (it used to be a problem)!
And I compared prices for this particular DVD player, and MD of PC have THE best price for it. There are some websites that charge almost double of the price.
My husband and I are very happy with this DVD player and think that it's really the best value for the $.
$ 51.27 inluding shipping and handling with a 2-day FedEx shipment, can you think of a better gift for someone who doesn't have a DVD-player yet? Or for someone who may use another one? We are about to buy another one as a X-mas gift for our parents - they already have one DVD, but we are getting them another so that they put it in another room where they have a TV.

It does everything I ask it do. From CD/DVD copying to editing my photos and video. It's amazing what all of this product can do. The learning curve is so small that my wife and kids use it almost on a daily basis.
